Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping services used are USPS, FedEx and UPS depending on weight and value. Every effort is made to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 7-10 business days. Products that are special order or made to order can take longer.

If you need an order for a gift or by a certain date, please send an email and I will do my best to get it out in time.

All items are carefully packaged to withstand shipping but should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact immediately at candacecarrollart@gmail.com with photos and we can work together to fix the issue.
