T is for ten months, teeth, tantrums and The baby Jesus

With an angel face like this, who would think this baby was on the naughty list?

This week Keating hit 10 months old, and it has seriously flown by. In two months I will have a 1 year old, that I am sure will probably be walking, running, and maybe even talking. On a more serious note, I really dont know how I dont have any gray hair with dealing with this boy for the last ten months. Thank you Lord!
He is a HANDFUL. He is in to EVERYTHING. He is a busy busy bee, and is causing constant mayhem. He has already discovered the electrical sockets, fireplace, stairs, and anything else dangerous that he shouldn't be messing with. He is very observant, and is always "observing" that something someone else is doing, something you have, or something that he should not be getting in to is WAY more interesting than his current activity. Is this the normal behavior for a ten month old??? I know he is exploring this whole new world, but give a sister a break! I'M FREAKING EXHAUSTED!!!

This month we have also entered into separation anxiety. I always thought this was something older kids did. Negatory. This past Sunday at church, I see my childcare number being flashed on the big screen right under the preacher's face.
"2095, 2095, 2095"

Brad and I looked at each other and thought "Wow, we have that kid." As we entered into the nursery area I could hear him yelling. Not crying, YELLING. We were greeted by an official lady with a walkie talkie. She was very apologetic saying that they had tried everything to calm him down. He was furious and all he wanted was his mama. Which in a way is endearing, but its also a P.I.T.A.

Which brings me to my next point, he has started throwing little tantrums. If he doesn't get something he wants, he gets all stiff and balls his hand in a fist and yells. Yep, I have my work cut out for me.

He is also working on four of the sloooowwwwweeesssttt moving teeth I have ever seen in my life. FOR THE LOVE COME IN ALREADY.

This weekend we will be going to North Georgia for Brad's extended family's annual Christmas brunch. Every year the kids act out the Nativity with costumes and someone reads the scripture. This week Brad's aunt asked me if Keating could be baby Jesus. {She hasn't seen him since he was really little, so she doesn't exactly know his strong willed personality} I told her sure he could be baby Jesus, but I really hoped that they didn't expect him to sit there and enjoy the play, because my kid doesn't do things like that.

Don't worry, I will be sure to record it.

I know these are 9 month pics, but I only took them about 2 weeks ago{a little behind} I haven't taken 10 month pics yet because it has been 20 degrees here.

Disclaimer: I am by no means complaining about my child, I love him to the moon and back. It has just been a VERY tiring month.
